Required Documents

 1) Valid Passport:
　　☑ properly signed by the bearer.
　　☑ please make sure that there is at least 1 page left in your passport for a visa to be affixed to.
 2) Visa Application Form:
　　☑ completely filled-out and signed by the applicant.

 3) Photo:

　　☑ attached to visa application form.
 4) Entry-Permit (for Foreigners):
　　☑ Embassy will not make copy, please bring original and one copy.
 5) Confirmation of flight:
　　☑ The examination may take some time.
　　☑ We may not be able to accept your visa application if you plan to fly a few days later.
 6) Confirmation of Hotel in Japan:
　　☑ The examination may take some time.
　　☑ We may not be able to accept your visa application if you plan to fly a few days later.
 7) Schedule of Stay in Japan:
　　☑ Be sure to fill-in the arrival date and return date. If you have decided the flight number and port name to use when entering or leaving the Japan.

Processing Time

  • The time to process an application for a Temporary Visitor Visa depends on the applicant's circumastaces. In most cases, it takes four t seven working days if the documentation is in Order.
  • ​There are some cases; however, in which a few weeks or more are needed to process an application.
