New Chief of the UNICEF North Pacific Field Office visits Ambassador Kagomiya

On August 26, Ambassador Kagomiya received a courtesy call from Mr. Seifu Ali, Chief of the UNICEF North Pacific Field Office.
 
Ambassador Kagomiya and Mr. Ali exchanged views on the progress of the Climate Resilient Community Water Services in the North Pacific Project, funded by the Government of Japan, and implemented by UNICEF and International Organization for Migration (IOM), and on the anticipated impacts of El Niño in the FSM.
 
Ambassador Kagomiya and Mr. Ali also reaffirmed their commitment for Japan and UNICEF to continue providing assistance to the FSM.
