Attendance at the Graduation Ceremony (2)

On June 2, Ambassador Kagomiya and his spouse attended the graduation ceremony at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic High School.
The Ambassador was deeply impressed by the speeches delivered by the principal, distinguished guests, and graduates, as well as by the graduates’ performances, and was heartened to see families congratulating each graduate.
The Ambassador extends his warmest congratulations to the graduates who will lead the future of the Federated States of Micronesia and sincerely wishes for the success and happiness of all the graduates.
The ceremony was held in the school gymnasium, which had recently undergone renovations funded by the Government of Japan’s Grant Assistance for Grass-Roots Human Security Projects (GGP). The project included ceiling and wall renovations, the construction of the bleachers, and the ground with basketball court marking, and the facility was handed over to the school in February.
