College of Micronesia 33rd Founding Day

On April 1, Ambassador Kagomiya attended the 33rd Founding Day ceremony of College of Micronesia (COM).
The ceremony was attended by many faculty members and students, as well as members of the diplomatic corps. The opening ceremony featured a parade by student organizations and the national anthem sung by COM choir. Following these, student organizations competitions were held, including events such as the 100-meter race and sack race.
Ambassador Kagomiya celebrated this significant milestone of COM’s 33rd anniversary and praised the college’s dedication to nurturing future leaders through education and its deep-rooted contributions to the region. Ambassador expressed his heartfelt wishes for continued support of educational initiatives and for the further growth and success of the students.
