Application for Japanese Government Scholarship for Teacher Training 2026 is now open

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of the Government of Japan offers scholarships to Micronesian teachers who wish to conduct research on school education at designated Japanese universities as Teacher Training Students for the academic year 2026.
Applicants must be graduates of universities or of teacher training schools and have worked as teacher at elementary or secondary educational institutions or teacher trainings schools for in principle five years or more in total, as of October 2026.

February 23, 2026 (Monday) at 5:00 p.m.
