Mr. Kembo MIDA Appointed Honorary Consul-General of Japan to Chuuk

On December 1, 2025, the Government of Japan appointed Mr. Kembo MIDA as Honorary Consul-General of Japan to Chuuk, the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). Mr. MIDA is the first Honorary Consul of Japan to be appointed in the Federated States of Micronesia, as well as the first foreign Honorary Consul to be appointed in Chuuk State.
