Christmas Lighting Ceremony

On December 2, 2025, Ambassador Kagomiya and his wife Kumiko attended the Christmas Lighting Ceremony held on the grounds of the President’s Office and National Convention Center which were hosted by the Office of the President of the FSM. Government officials, community members, and members of the diplomatic corps enjoyed the event.
President Simina stated in his remarks, “Christmas is a time that we all come together in unity - it is my hope that these lights remind us of the bright future we share when we come together as a nation”. Ambassador sympathized with his remarks and sincerely wishes for a brighter future with economic and social development of the FSM.
