Two Professors from Tokai University

On November 14, 2025, Ambassador Kagomiya met Professor Ippei OOE and Associate Professor Takehiro KUROSAKI from Tokai University, Japan.
These two professors came to Pohnpei for the preparatory research for educational voyage of Bosei-maru, a training vessel of the University, which is scheduled to arrive at Pohnpei with more than a hundred students next February.
The professors and Ambassador exchanged their views on the current economic, social, cultural, and political situations of the FSM and the plan of coming educational cruise.
