Second Regular Session of the 24th Congress of the FSM

On September 12, 2025, Ambassador Kagomiya attended the opening session of the Second Regular Session of the 24th Congress of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). Ambassador Kagomiya attended the session, where Vice President Palik, Governor Joseph of Pohnpei State, members of the state legislature of the four states of the FSM who were in Pohnpei to attend the General Assembly (ALL4US), and members of the diplomatic corps in the FSM were present. This regular session will continue for a period of 20 days and the FY2026 budget and other bills will be discussed.
