A courtesy call on the departure of a JICA expert

On October 15, Ambassador Kagomiya received a courtesy call by JICA expert, Ms. Schultz Yumi, who is leaving her position. Ms. Schultz contributed to improving the quality of maritime education in the FSM at the College of Micronesia Fisheries and Maritime Institute located in the Yap state for 14 months. Ambassador Kagomiya expressed words of appreciation and gratitude to Ms. Schultz for her efforts.
