On October 12, 2024, Ambassador Kagomiya attended the event of Fiji Day held by Fijian community in the FSM to celebrate the 54th anniversary of Fiji’s independence.Fijian people and the guests including the Diplomatic Corps enjoyed Fijian dances and songs as well as Fijian cuisine.
Ambassador Kagomiya wishes the friendship between Japan, the FSM and Fiji will strengthen further.
