The guests in the theater
  The Japan Film Festival 2020, co-hosted by the Embassy of Japan and the Japan Foundation, was held on March 10th and 11th at Pohnpei Cinemas. A total of more than 350 people turned up to watch the four movies; “Mixed Doubles”, “The Artist’s Habitat”, “Destiny: The Tale of Kamakura”, and “Tremble All You Want” which were shown on two days. In his opening speech of the film festival, Ambassador Sobashima Hidenobu hoped that such cultural events which helped deepen understanding by the people of the Federated States of Micronesia of Japan, Japanese culture and Japanese people, would further strengthen the bases of the friendly and cooperative relations between Japan and the FSM. Both days, the cinemas attracted a large number of children and their parents.
