On September 5th, Associate Professor Mr. Okusako and 2 students from Waseda University paid a courtesy call on Mr. Sugiyama, Charge d'Affaires ad interim. Mr. Sugiyama told them about Micronesian politics, economy, culture and relationship with Japan.
